Getting through the toughest times
Life can be cruel, often filled with tragic events and sometimes very harsh for prolonged periods. The death of a loved one, serious personal injury and illness, relationship breakdowns, divorce and redundancy are never easy to deal with at the best of times. Living with someone who is depressed or has an addiction can also takes its toll, especially as it is often the loved ones who bear most of the burden of responsibility and pain.
Some would take the view that its just the way life is - "get on with it", and whilst we can all identify with that statement, getting on with it is far easier said than done. Not all of us are strong enough to face, and successfully deal with, the toughest times, especially if we have to face them alone.
Yet even with the well meaning help and support of friends, family and loved ones, people can often get stuck for a very long time. Some may never move on at all. Many of us just need some independent help to get through the difficult times more positively, and faster, and not simply rely on nature and time to take their course.
There is a natural process for dealing with major life events including grief, however, in my own experience, time itself is not the greatest healer. How much time exactly is required? What happens if years go by and you are still not healed? What does being healed mean? What should I do if I am stuck? How can I accelerate the healing process?
With Hypnosis I can help you to answer these key questions, and empower you to move on and get your life back on track.
If you would like to know more, or just want to talk, give me a call for a confidential chat on 07845 291437 or e-mail [email protected]
